ThePost-Graduate Diploma Programme in Participatory Management of Displacement, Resettlement and Rehabilitation is a visionary action of the World Bank and Indira Gandhi National Open University for erecting the chops of development interpreters in general and resettlement and recuperation officers, field staff, office staff and specialized experts in issues of relegation in particular.
The programme is of use to those who are engaged in the development sector, especially in resettlement and recuperation( R and R) divisions of development systems of the Government, private sector as design officers, specialized experts, field staff or office staff and those working with the NGOs, artificial establishments and other agencies involved in R and R of those displaced by development systems.
