The eligibility criteria for Ph.D. Apparel Technology & Management are as follows:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST candidates) from any recognized university or institute, with at least 55% marks on a scale of 0-4 (4 being highest). Candidates who have obtained their Bachelor's degree from a foreign institution will also be eligible to apply for admission but they need to submit proof that they have resided in India for at least three years prior to applying for the course and studying there.
Master's degree in Engineering or Technology with a minimum of 65% marks from any recognized university / Institute, having studied Master's program exclusively through distance mode (online) and having attended all classes held during the duration of this program
The Ph.D. Apparel Technology & Management admission test is a computer-based test (CBT) that tests the applicant's aptitude and knowledge in the field of clothing design, manufacturing, marketing, and retailing. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university with at least 50% marks or equivalent to be eligible for admission into this program. The minimum required score on this CBT is 100%.
The application form should be filled out carefully, with all relevant details such as educational qualifications, work experience, etc., marked clearly against them so as not to forget anything during filling up of your application form.
