About IIT Bhubaneswar

IIT Bhubaneswar is a public technical university Ingrained by the Government of India in 2008. The institute became the first among the eight new IITs with a NIRF ranking 47 in the engineering segment. IIT Bhubaneswar is located at Argul, in the Khordha district of Odisha. The institute offers around 51 courses; among them, BTech is offered as a flagship course with total fees of INR 10.79 Lakhs. JEE Advanced scores determine admission to the BTech program followed by JoSAA counselling. Also, the institute offers MTech and MSc programs, and admission is offered through the GATE and IIT JAM scores respectively. For admission to the IITBBS flagship B.Tech program, applicants are required to secure a valid rank in JEE Advanced followed by JoSAA counseling. Allocation of seats is done online, based on the applicant’s rank in JEE Advanced examination, reservation criteria, availability of seats, and other factors. The total fee for the IIT Bhubaneswar BTech program is INR 10.79 Lakhs. 

For admission to PG courses if we can say about such as M.Tech and M.Sc at  IIT Bhubaneswar, candidates must appear in the GATE and IIT JAM entrance exam, independently.
